SES State Rescue Challenge 2021

SES volunteers carrying a stretcherEight State Emergency Service (SES) teams from across the state will put their rescue and response skills to the test this coming weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 15-16 May) at the State Rescue Challenge.

The biennial challenge, which is being staged at Woodhouse in the Adelaide Hills, will test the eight teams in a range of emergency scenarios, including general rescue, flood and storm damage.

While spectators are welcome to attend the event at Woodhouse, on Spring Gully Road, Piccadilly, there will be no food or drink available onsite and enclosed footwear must be worn at all times.
